A Company History

Headquartered in Orange, California, Jadtec Security Services is a leader in the alarm-services industry for homeowners and businesses, featuring low-cost monthly monitoring capabilities and installations of security systems with state-of-the-art components.

Entrepreneur John A. Dieball founded the company in 1995 in response to a need he perceived in the security industry for technologically advanced products backed by service excellence and value pricing. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Dieball is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience. After working in the private sector for several years, including a number of years with Republic Corporation, he became the CFO of Measured Marketing Services, a direct mail and advertising company. The company owned the trademark “Pierre Cardin.” Dieball is also president of the Orange County Classic Jazz Festival.

Today, there are four shareholders of the security company. Dieball serves as chairman, secretary and treasurer and handles finances, marketing and insurance.

John Lusty is the president and CEO. Trained in the U.S. Navy, John has been with Jadtec for 26 years. His responsibilities for the security company include supervising the administration, monitoring operations and sales functions. Additionally, he is the sole owner and president of Jadtec Computer Group, which was founded by Dieball in 1983 and sold to Lusty in 2003.

The two other shareholders are Dieball’s daughters, Jeri Dieball De Martini, and Jodi Dieball Murphy. Jadtec Security Services shares a facility with its sister company, Jadtec Computer Group.
