is a leader in the alarm-services industry
for homeowners and businesses, featuring
low-cost monthly monitoring capabilities
and installations of security systems with
state-of-the-art components.
Entrepreneur
John A. Dieball founded the company in 1995
in response to a need he perceived in the
security industry for technologically advanced
products backed by service excellence and
value pricing. A graduate of Pepperdine
University, Dieball is a Certified Public
Accountant with more than 30 years of experience.
After working in the private sector for
several years, including a number of years
with Republic Corporation, he became the
CFO of Measured Marketing Services, a direct
mail and advertising company. The company
owned the trademark “Pierre Cardin.”
Dieball is also president of the Orange
County Classic Jazz Festival.
Today, there are four shareholders of the
security company. Dieball serves as chairman,
secretary and treasurer and handles finances,
marketing and insurance.
John
Lusty is the president and CEO. Trained
in the U.S. Navy, John has been with Jadtec
for 26 years. His responsibilities for the
security company include supervising the
administration, monitoring operations and
sales functions. Additionally, he is the
sole owner and president of Jadtec Computer
Group, which was founded by Dieball in 1983
and sold to Lusty in 2003.
The
two other shareholders are Dieball’s
daughters, Jeri Dieball De Martini, and
Jodi Dieball Murphy. Jadtec Security Services
shares a facility with its sister company,
Jadtec Computer Group.
